Inspection reports are based on visible conditions and accessible areas at the time of inspection. Hidden defects and future changes are outside the scope of visual inspections unless explicitly stated in writing.

Quoted turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on property size, access, and operational constraints.

Payment terms, report delivery conditions, and re-inspection scope are confirmed per accepted quotation or work order.

Zee Matrix's liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid, except where prohibited by applicable law.
