How long does a property inspection take?
Our property inspections are usually for Buildings or JOP (Jointly Owned Property), and they typically take from 1 day to a couple of days depending on size and complexity. Except for snag, root cause evaluation, or reserve fund validation reports (change of asset of a JOP), which usually take a few hours.
Do you cover all emirates in the UAE?
Yes. We serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Remote locations may carry a small travel surcharge.
Can I use the report to claim warranty fixes from my developer?
Absolutely. Our reports are formatted for direct submission to developers and facility management companies. We also assist with follow-up communications and re-inspections.
What if my developer rejects some reported defects?
